Beech House Recognized with Landscape Design Award

Landscape design, architecture and interiors come together at this home through a collaboration with architects Schafer Buccellato and interior designer Rita Konig. Beech House features choreographed movement through a sequence of soft-edged outdoor rooms connected by lushly-bordered graveled allees. At its heart is a majestic beech tree around which the house was sited.

The landscape at Beech House has won the ICAA Acanthus Award, the ICCA-Midwest Award of Arete, and a merit award from the NY ASLA. It was featured in Architectural Digest’s July 2025 issue.
