David Smucker
David draws on significant experience leading complex urban and public projects, from waterfront parks to new buildings and streetscape infrastructure, and guides projects from concept through construction completion. His prior experience working on capital programs for New York City gives him strategic insight into public-private collaboration, regulation and permitting processes. He holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from CUNY City College of New York and a Master of City Planning with a concentration in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania. Fluent in French, he was named a 2024 LAF Olmsted Scholar.
