You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- 3–6 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, architecture, or a closely related design field.
- A degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related design discipline.
- Strong design sensibility and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings, graphics, models, and presentations.
- Experience contributing to projects from schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and implementation.
- Working knowledge of grading, construction detailing, materials, and site design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in hands-on design work, including sketching, field observation, construction administration, and planting design.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative studio environment on a wide range of project types.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is especially helpful:
- Urban rooftops, terraces, or private gardens.
- Hospitality, institutional, or small-scale commercial projects.
- High-end residential design.
- Planting design and plant material selection.
- Hand rendering, digital rendering, or advanced visualization.
- Rhino, Lumion, D5, or other 3D modeling/rendering platforms.
- Professional licensure or progress toward licensure.

Salary Range:
- This is for a full-time position based in New York City. Salary is commensurate with experience between $80-$100K. Some travel may be required. Position is for immediate hire.
