Getting the perfect lot was a stroke of luck. “It was right after Covid broke that we happened to find this property,” Robinson says. “It was super special. We wanted something that was very open, and this is nestled between the Peconic Land Trust area to the east and an agricultural reserve to the west—a big open swath of land.”
