Join Ed Hollander and Melissa Reavis at an open-to-the-public event on April 3 at Rizzoli Bookstore
Hosted by the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art in collaboration with Rizzoli, the Breakfast & Books lecture series features prominent leaders in design to discuss their inspiration, recent work, and favorite books that engage them. Ed and Melissa will draw on Judith Tankard’s book “Gertrude Jekyll and the Country House Garden: From the Archives of Country Life,” to look at the works of British horticulturist and garden designer Gertrude Jekyll and the ways that her famous gardens influence the firm’s work today.
